Speed Reading
One word at a time. One focus letter. No more re-reading.
Codolo’s focus display shows text one word at a time in a fixed spot, with a red-highlighted optimal recognition point (ORP) letter per word, so your eyes never have to search for where to look.
Normal reading involves constant eye movement. Your eyes jump from word to word, and often back again, which is exactly how you end up rereading the same line three times. Codolo’s focus display removes that search: every word lands in the same place, already centered on its focus letter, playing in sync with the narration.
A fixed focus point
Every word is centered on the same spot on screen, so your eyes stay put instead of scanning left to right.
The ORP letter, highlighted
The optimal recognition point, usually just left of a word’s center, is shown in red, so your eye lands where recognition happens fastest.
Runs alongside the narration
This display plays in sync with Codolo’s audio, not instead of it. Set your own pace, and both move together.
