Delete your Codolo account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Codolo app (iOS and Android), published by Luca Straßburger.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Codolo and go to the Account tab.

2. Tap “Sign-In Details”.

3. Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete your account without the app

Send an email to contact@codolo.app from the email address of your Codolo account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Super Codolo subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details (email address, password or sign-in method), your name, your subscription status record, your voice usage counters, and your customer record with RevenueCat, our subscription provider.

What is kept, and for how long

Feedback messages you sent us are kept without any link to your account. Email us if you want them deleted as well.

Technical server logs that may contain your account ID are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Purchase and payment records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. We don’t hold payment data.

Chapters and audio stored on your device stay there until you delete them under Account → Storage or uninstall the app.
